Rooster question please help

My 10-12 week old rooster is trying to mate my hen most same age as him but two of them are a few weeks older then him do I have to worry about he hurting them or delaying their first egg lay also he is about two or more pounds heavier then them already

That's normal for the boys to sexually mature before the pullets. If it's excessive I generally remove the rooster for a while to his own pen for a few months until the pullets catch up. Pullets will survive it, I just don't like hearing them scream and seeing them getting harassed.

Yeah me either I have smacked the rooster twice already he doesn't seem to like being told to be nice and I just found out my rir was hatched like 4/25/17 and I'm thinking my americunna was two weeks before that
Hoping to get fertile eggs from them then he'll have to go because he will be to loud during the winter in a real coop and my town doesn't allow roosters
