Rooster recommendations to breed with

Either keep the red or go with the blue gen from the sapphire. I'm not sure what the offspring would turn out with keeping a darker gene with a red vise versa.

I don't know much about genetics, but maybe someone who does can chime in. Here's my thought ... Would a true Araucana (not an Americauna) result in colored-egg laying offspring? A true Araucana would have to come from a reputable breeder, but it might be worth the extra cost and effort. It could add the option to sell chicks and/or hatching eggs as EE's.
EDIT to add: Not to mention the fact that a rumpless rooster would be a really cool fellow to have in the flock - a real conversation starter!
