Rooster? Rehome needed if so...

We love this chicken so much, but we're unable to keep a rooster in our location. It's a cream legbar and a wonderful bird. Can anyone identify any possibility of he being a she? Born 1/24/23. No reddish feathers at all, comb where none of the others have one and larger, chunkier, legs. If anyone knows someone who might want a great bird near Chandler, Arizona, I'll deliver.
