Naked neck cockerel, also known as Turkens and a few others... Saddle feathers (spear shaped slender feathers on his lower back over his thighs) is the give-away. You may wish to consider breeding him as it's my understanding that Turkens produce offspring that are prolific layers and brooders. You didn't mention a name for him, but if he were mine I might call him Pewter; he's a lovely boy.

I can't keep roosters. I was hoping that this one was a hen. I have to find him a new home. I have 3 naked neck hens. They are great layers.
All the pretty ones are roosters it seems.
