Rooster seems sick?

Hello I have a rooster which this morning I found looking really different his feathers are really close to his skin as well as his neck feathers are up why does this happen or what's the cause? He was dewormed internal as well as external he's eating just fine but he seems skittish thank you in advance

He may be aware of a predator lurking. He's nervous about something. Have you looked around to see if snake is spooking him?

I've been looking seeing if any birds or something are around but so far I haven't seen anything that's not the usual
