I have two roosters and a few hens who have black spots on his waddle and comb. He also looks like his back is a little greasy. Last night I found him in the nesting box. This morning, the bottom rung rooster chased him out of the yard! Does this look like scabs or pox? Thank you!

He was beaten up badly and is bloody allover.

You need to provide a separate coop and run to build two separate flocks or decide which of your two roosters will be the one you want to stay, then rehome or cull the other.

Clean him up and feed him some scrambled eggs and fresh water with poultry electrolytes and vitamins.

And welcome to the BYC community!:frow
