Here's a photo of my roosters legs at 1 year 5 months old. Would like to know if he will ever make spurs or if this is all there is. I don't care if he does or not, just want to know if this is abnormal. First rooster I've had, and I was of the understanding that they developed spurs at about 1 year. These long toes, with no toenail have looked the same for at least 3

- 4 months with no further development. Wyandotte from hatchery, if that makes any difference. Forgive me if this got posted twice, thought I posted, but don't see it now.

Looks like tips have been trimmed...or broken off.
Did you raise him from a chick?
His left spur(on right of pic) is growing at a slightly odd angle,
more forward and downward than typical.
All birds are different tho, those look in the range' of 'normal'

Thanks for the comments! Yes, raised from a baby chick. Never trimmed, never seen them bleed as if he got caught on something... To clarify, I know those extra "toes" coming out of his legs are the spurs, but I was under the impression that they were supposed to be deadly sharp things when he grew up. His are just blunt-end extra toes, not even a toenail at the end of them. Hope that helps explain my question. And yes @aart they are at two different angles. Kinda weird, and I don't have anything to compare him to.

Spurs aren't supposed to have a toenail on them. Spurs are not toes. They grow off the shank bone and are covered in keratin. They are more like a horn in many respects. Yes, they are usually more pointed than the ones you've pictured.
