Hi All,
We have 3 roosters. (All kept seperate). One of them we used too keep in a cage, becuase the other one was on the ground (the smaller one). We recently moved him out of the cage becuase he was getting WAY too big for it. (Here is the photo)

His name is Hawk.

Anyway, after we put him in his enclosed pen on the ground, he could barely stand or walk straight. So he kinda just hung out by his water & food.
He can walk better now, but, he still seems a little off balance. I was wondering if anyone else had experianced this type of thing?
He had no other symptoms (sneezing, coughing ect....)
He eats well, and loves to stand next too the fence and flirt with the girls.

Here is a more recent photo of him.
(I hope these photos came out)

Considering how SCRUNCHED he was in that cage, I'm wondering if he's just adjusting to being able to stand up!!! I wouldn't panic quite yet. Just give him a little while to adjust. He looks beautiful, by the way...

Thank you. He is huge! We had too tear apart the wire cage too get him out. We thought that too, maybe he was just so used too having the cage hold him up that he didnt do it himself. He's getting better. But, still falls if he walks too fast. I feel really badly that we kept him in there for so long, but we'd lost about 4 hens too a cat, or fox, or something hungry. So, we had too keep him safely put up.
Hes been out now for about 2 weeks or so.

Is there any way he could have gotten into something that he shouldn't have? Poison, or ate something that was rotten, or spoiled, molded? I would be sure to check all around him. I would almost be tempted to do a molase's flush just incase.... maybe somebody will chime in here. Goodluck.
