@Wyorp Rock do you think its swollen? (He really hates the flash on my camera.)

No, in the photo it doesn't look swollen. Probably the lighting or angle in the video made me think that.

I can't really see the poop :( Is he doing any better?

In your first post, you suspected Botulism - just curious -was that because of sudden decline/lethargy or did you think he may have gotten into something rotten?

Just that he declined so quickly. Was crowing his head off and courting his ladies yesterday. This morning he was like that. I cant figure out what he may have gotten that was spoiled, but the yard and run have been pretty wet for a couple days. We try real hard to keep everything clean and fresh as far as food/water etc.
He seems more active and has food in his crop. Been getting pnd and water and eating wet crumbles and egg. Guess all I can do is try and keep him supported till I can get to the vet. Thanks for your help and kind words.

I would show your video and pictures to the vet when you are there. Glad you are probably seeing the vet.
We have a 10:00 appointment. Ocho is up and crowing this morning, against all expectations! Already drank water and ate a whole scrambled egg plus flock raiser crumble. Still has the weird head motion and is wobbly on his feet though. I half expected to be on my way to the state lab for a necropsy, so to say I'm pleased is a gross understatement.
