One of my Hill Country Feed Store chickens that is roughly 10 weeks old has revealed to be a rooster.
He is a very docile and very red.
He was sold to me as an Ameraucana but as I am reading that this breed is regularly misrepresented as such I would assume he is an Easter Egger.
He is just starting to crow. Sadly I would prefer no roosters so he needs to go.
I am in the Cedar Park, Tx area.
The feed store will take him back but i would prefer to know he is being taken as a part of a flock and not dinner
Is there anyone in my area interested in him? I would deliver if you are within reasonable distance.
Thanks
