Rooster trying to crow?

Hello, this morning I was out feeding my ducks and heard a shrill sound coming from my chicken area. We have 2 young roosters hatched on June 2. We also have 2 five year old roosters. So could that sound of been the young rooters trying to crow? I think they are old enough. I'm wondering about it because our other 2 roosters didn't sound like that when they were young.

Yes, they are old enough to start crowing. Some come right out with a beautiful sound while others sound like a cat on a hot tin roof.
