Bleeding form eye and nose. That's not from trying to mate, that's possibly fighting or more likely bullying. At those ages with that much room, that should not be happening. Then he is aggressive toward you.

There are too many good roosters out there to put up with a jerk like this. At a year old he should be doing much better. There are too many good roosters available to put up with one like this.
