Can someone please tell me what kind of rooster I have here!? Obviously, I’m new at this but hoping this sight will help me!!

Looks like a Spangled OEGB.

Do you have a picture from the side? He could be an olandsk dwarf or an OEGB.

Where did you get it? It really looks like an Olandsk Dwarf! They're highly uncommon however. Perhaps a poor quality Mille Fleur OEGB?
