Rooster vent torn

I'm hoping I can get insight here. My rooster got attacked by my dog and his tail and vent area is completely tore off exposing a hole showing his insides thru the hole is he able to be saved?

I would cull this one. Most likely has internal damage going on due to this.

It looks like he's missing a huge amount of his rear end I think it would be best to put him down he is probably in a lot of pain
