Rooster was attacked by a dog!

There is minor wounds on his body but he lost all of his feathers on his back and side. He is just laying down with his eyes half open! I dont know what to do i dont see bite marks but My grandpa saw the dog had the rooster in his mouth like a rag doll! Can i save it? its just laying down helpless with his eyes half open! please help.

I applied some Blue-Kote so far nothing has changed

try giving it water with electrolytes, keep it caged in a small pen with plenty of food and water. My hen survived a husky attack, it got her pretty good too. don't give up hope yet!
