Rooster wing dance?

Im not sure if this is the correct name for it but My rooster keeps dropping a wing and shuffling in a circle around me and then he pecks at my legs and sometimes he does the wing dance while chasing me and I’m not sure if this is normal or if it means something?

It may be courting behavior if he does not have a flock. More likely it is a precursor to aggression. I would discourage this behavior before it escalates.

He either likes you enough for you to be his hen or he's looking for dominance. I'm thinking dominance. He'll go from dancing around you to eventually attacking you. If you're wanting to keep him, you should stop him.
