Our rooster Frank is about 7months old. I've been keeping and eye on his foot thinking he hurt it and it would heal. Today he was limping. My husband and I went to see what we can do. My husband thinks his foot is dying, his other foot looks like its turn black between his toes as well. Then I noticed his comb and waddles and blackening at the ends.

Any advice?

Doubtful. Coop is built two stalls of the barn, it's a fairly large barn. They hang out in the barn durning the day and free range in the afternoons. Our lowest temps have been in the single digits but we've only had a couple of nights that low. Mostly we've been in the 40 and 50 durning the day and 20's at night. Barn gets a little drafty but the coop is insulated and well ventilated no moisture build up. The pop door to the barn is awlays open. So they kinda do whatever they want.

We have about 50 chickens, he's the only one showing signs or any issues. Week before Christmas I noticed blood on his foot and I thought he had killed a mouse, now I'm thinking something happened to his foot but I have no idea what.

Enough to cover his foot and a small bit probably a an ounce or two on the cement. I was in thd middle of the concrete section nothing near it to suggest his foot got squashed or he got cut, the bit on the concrete is why I thought he got a mouse. I figured it happened earlier in the day and they devoured it.

Do you feed layer feed?
It could be a circulatory problem. I've read that too much calcium can cause renal problems in males. Renal failure would most likely cause circulatory issues. Does he have any swelling in his belly or vent area?

He has frost bite on his toes and a bit on his comb. It looks like it has been there for some time. Parts of the foot and the toe tips may slough off in the coming weeks. The comb should be fine, though some points may become rounded off. If he was brought in where it is warm, you could do some warm soaks in Epsom salts water daily, and then spray it with Vetericyn Hydrogel spray. Here is some reading:
