Rooster with abnormal wings

Does this look genetic or nutritional? I didn't notice it until his adult plumage came in. He never tucks his wings up tight and his wing feathers always lay funny. He hatched spring 2021 so hasn't had a first molt, yet. He acts normal, otherwise.

Can you catch him and take a pic of his wing spread out? I agree looks like split wing to me
