rooster with bloody butt

my rooster has a bloody bum and i dont know what its from, he did recently have mites and i got rid of that problem just yesterday. Also he has poo stuck around the feathers by his bum? Any help or suggestion to get rid of the problem or what the problem is?

no hes in a pen all by himself. I just added some apple cider vinegar into his water hopefully that helps out a little bit.​

i dont think so, im pretty sure he's not though but i will double check on that tomorrow

He seems to be doing better but there is still some poop crust around that area.
