As for the eyes, coach723 had a great idea. Vetericyn makes an ophthalmic gel which should help. You can easily goop it on Quasi's eyes and see if it will loosen the lids in time. It's not cheap, but works very well. I've used on a couple different chickens with eye injuries and was very happy with it.
