For the past few days my rooster has been keeping his eye closed and I opened it to put antibiotic eyedrops in it because it started looking Infected (swollen and "glued"shut ect.) He opened his eye today and it's all grayish blue with a huge hole in it. I am 90% sure it is punctured but I would like to know how to treat him, though I highly doubt he will see out of it again

Will you post some pictures? I don’t know how to help, sorry, but maybe with some pictures it would help others help you. I hope he will be okay!

Saline solution will help it get disinfected. When it's no longer a health risk, it may simply dry up and go away. Happened to my drake when the rooster got his eye

It sounds like he has either injured the eye or been pecked. Is there any way to get a clear picture of it? If there is still crust and drainage, you can rinse the eye with saline eye wash, and you can find that at many pharmacy eyedrop aisles in the big stores. What antibiotic drop are you using? Is there any possibility of seeing a vet? Most chickens can get around okay with sight in only one eye, although he might be more likely to be attacked by a predator or other rooster.

These are a little graphic but here they are

Sorry about your rooster, poor guy. That is obviously a ruptured eyeball. I would keep using the eye drops or an antibiotic eyedrop at least twice a day. A vet might be good. Has he been picked on by other roosters or cockerels?

Yes, my easter egger rooster has been messing with him for the past week, I have been keeping the hurt one separate in a dog kennel during the day with a few hens to keep him company.
