Rooster with purple comb. Posting for a friend, need quick responses

I'm posting for a friend. He has a rooster that had a hurt wing from a hawk attack. Today this is what the rooster looks like. He is breathing rather hard and feels cold to the touch. Poop is runny and white. Crop is full but he feels very light. Any suggestions? I'm thinking delayed reaction to internal injuries?

If at all possible I would try to warm him up. The prognosis is not good.

Just try to keep him warm and push fluids, keep him comfortable. Is there any sign of respiratory problems such as gasping?

No gasping, but he did have a wing injury so I'm wondering if we missed a puncture wound.

I would treat the possible Anaemia with high iron foods like spinach. But would wait until he pulls through the shock, & get him well hydrated first.
