Rooster with really bad unknown leg problems ( PICTURES!)

The pictures are numbered. So you can tell what it looked like from the beginning.

My roosters legs are getting worse! I dont know what it is.

The Vet does not know what it is!
The only way to tell is with a Biopsy, but it cost $600.00

We cannot afford that.

Any thoughts?

He is limping Very heavily, and is sitting down ALOT!
My rooster is 4 years old

None of the other chickens have this.

I'm sorry about his tumors, I personaly would put him out of his misery. I do have a name of a holistic vet that might be able to help you, she can do consults but she does not do them free PM me if you would like her website

I don't know why it costs $600.00......Any willing veterinarian should be able to deaden the area, take some small pieces of tissue, put them in formalin, and then send them to the appropriate lab for testing. No harder or much different than doing on a dog or cat.

I would try calling a state lab and see if they could do something for you for much less...maybe even a vet or vet tech school.
