Rooster with sour corp developing secondary problem

Hello everyone.
I have a rooster about 2years old.
Today it developed sour corp as I noticed its corp didn't empty in the morning.
It's not eating.
Have green and white dropping.
I started treating with Nystatin by mixing it with a little water as 3ml per kg weight.

Now it's 2.24 am at night here.
It's dropping started to have little blood spot.

What should I do now?

Your bird might have got sick from something else that led to sour crop. Could it be coccidiosis or Marek's? Check it out.

Does he have any bad or sour odor from his crop? Is his crop full and squishy soft in the morning? Have you wormed him recently? Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer are usually good ones. Here is a good article about crop problems:

I can't actually smell any odor, 1year ago it had sour corp and at that time too couldn't get any smell

Yes full squishy soft whole day yesterday
Today morning as well

No didn't worm him recently

Drinks if I provide any fluid

Also foods that were stuck at corp is out now completely it seems
But still gas filled corp
If I provide water it increases for some time then returns to smaller size
