Rooster with swollen toe?

Hi need help if u dont mind me asking my rooster has swellon toes its not bumble foot cause theres no black spot I been soaking his feet in warm water with Epsom salt nothing change. What else can I do? Hope I dont have to answer allot of qutions like what I feed them and stuff cause u guys dont ask other ppl on here like that. I can send a pic if u want and I have a banny hen who ack wried I need a chicken vet I called so many dont do chickens like a vet dose goats who comes to your house I need chicken vet who dose that dose any one know any I live in argyle ny please help too
