Rooster?

Can anyone tell me if this looks like a easter egger rooster? Its super friendly, runs up to us all the time, and loves to be held. All 5 of the others only come up to us when its time to eat. If you look closely at the leg picture, there seem to be spurs starting, but ive heard thats a trait females can take on sometimes too.

About 8 to 9 weeks I believe. Maybe a week or two older cuz they told me they were only a week old at the hatchery but they looked more like 2 to 3 to me.
