Rooster?

Can anyone tell me if my three month old Dark Brahma is a hen or rooster?

Probably a hen if she is three months.

Cockerel.... hens feather differently and Brahma are slower maturing so even at this age males are not udeveloped in comb/ wattle

One way to tell is to listen. I picked out my relatives' cochin rooster months before he crowed just by the sound of his voice.

Here's the difference in gender plumage

I'm leaning tword cockrel because of that one curved looking tail feather in the back plus its large amounts of shiny green.

The other three Dark Brahms's I have look so different, like this one.

Brahmas are slow developing. But I think your 3 mos. old is a cockerel
