I bought them fromTS I don’t think they would that would they? I mean it was out of a suppose to be sexed pullets. Not sure I can do anything now.

No I didn’t keep it. We have had him for over a month now. It’s fine. I just have to find him a home. I’ll get a EE eventually.

it's worth a try, bring him in and show them.. it is really what they should do! Do you have the receipt?

He may have been a shoo in for warmth and didn’t get marked well enough. TS is far from chick experts. My local one is really nice though I go in during chick days and take the sick ones nurse them and find them homes. They give them to me for free.
I like this little guy. If I didn’t already have two Roos I want I’d keep him.

yeah.. they just don't take care to put the right chicks in the correct bins.

That's not how that works. Vent sexed chicks only have an 85-90% "guarantee" of correct identification of gender...it is not a guarantee, the fault of the store or cause for any sort if refund. They certainly don't owe an amount some six times what was paid in the first place
