Rooster?

Male, but it looks almost like a capon. I'm guessing reduced testosterone levels for some reason. Interesting bird.
 
Reduced male secondary feathering and body characteristics - less pronounced male feathering and comb, lack of spurs, and very feminine body conformation. He's male for sure, but I would guess low testosterone. I doubt that he is a capon, but guess that necropsy would find very small/undeveloped testicles.
