Someone else suggested that. My concern is (according to my neighbor), the rooster in my yard is a breed that is used for fighting. It’s also a jumping rooster. It can jump the 8’ wall in my yard.

I definately wouldn't want it over here then. That's not the type I breed here. Maybe you could do one of those tie out thing's on his leg until you figure out what to do with him?
