Rooster

I have 5 rir hens and 1 rir rooster. My question is does the rooster go inside the hen house at night. He seems to be outside late passed at least 9:00 pm not sure if he goes in or not???
I have an enclosed run attached to the hen house...

I was wondering the same thing. Do roosters sleep with the hens? i know, this is probably a silly question

Just found out one of our hens is a rooster this morning!!!

Mine sleeps inside the coop with the hens. His favorites roost on either side of him, or as close to him as they can get. (I have two roost bars.)

yes - roosters always go inside with the hens. He may just like the solitude after a day of being hen pecked : )
