Is this bird a rooster? It is a 2 month old rir

What about this americana?It is also 2 months old.

Your Ameraucana is actually an Easter Egger. The EE is definitely a rooster ( I can see his saddle feathers) I think that the RIR is a roo too, clearer pictures would help make sure though.

Better pictures on the RIR would help but it does look like a rooster, the EE also looks like a rooster.
