Roosters? and breed?

Hello,

I have 2 chickens in my flock that I am not sure about. They are both about 5 months old. But the black one out grew all of them. The red one just has a large comb for its size (I think).
Please give me your thoughts on gender and breed.

Looks like hatchery stock silver-penciled rock and a RIR or production red, both roos.
