I would get some chicken saddles for your hens.
I have 7 roos (3 std and 4 bantam) and some of the girls are getting overly bred and losing feathers plus I have one that got a nasty gash on her side.
The saddles will help protect your girls until you decide what to do. In my case, I am going to sell or freezer camp the two bantam eggers because they almost gang rape the girls (they chase and grab then they are very brutal to the girls) and I am going to do the same with the older two roos.
