roosters are plucking my hens head and back

i have two hens and two roosters, (i know the roosters aren't too happy with this probably.) and they seem to be "fighting" over one hen! she is the smallest hen. a bantam at that, however my other hen seems to have the same picking-on problem, just on her wing though...

i will be posting another thing soon after i get awnsers on this

2 roosters and 2 hens will result in the hens being abused. I'd suggest getting more hens, getting rid of one rooster or separating the roosters from the hens. Eventually they may very well injure the hens.
