Roosters? Australorp mixes 12 weeks

I would say the two pure black australorp hens I have are the most timid of the group. For the most part they are friendly, and the ones who I think may be roosters are the most friendly towards me. As long as I don't do anything loud or sudden they are okay. Only one is crowing so far and that is the pure black australorp rooster (he is the weirdest of the bunch). He has bigger eyes, a different shape, longer neck, and no tail feathers at all. He was almost featherless for weeks. He is also the size of the confirmed hens.

The black roosters in question above were all black up until about two or three weeks ago and now they are turning all different colors as their feathers grow out a bit more.

Mine were the opposite. They had a lot of white all over them until the last 2 weeks. Now they are almost all black, but 2 have white on their faces, which I hope will stay, makes it easier to tell them apart. Still looking for good names for mine too, lol.
