Roosters? continued....

hey. can someone tell me specifically what makes six a rooster. i would have guessed female. something about the expression. i know, not very scientific.

The very sharply pointed saddle feathers hanging off the side right in front of the tail of that bird say rooster to me. I see what you mean about the expression, but still, saddle feathers don't lie...that is, unless you get one of the breeds where the rooster is hen-feathered.

#6 Has those pointy sickle neck feathers...saddle feathers that hang over his back and rooster tail feathers....
