Roosters crow!

Roosters crow when they want to which is why I don't have any. I don't want 4am crowing. We have neighbors in the distance with roos but they are far enough away for it not to be bothersome even at 4am.

My Brother-in-law lives next door. He is a P.I.T.A. He'll start cutting his grass at 9:00 at night because he wont get out of bed untill after noon. Won't finish untill 10,10:30. All that noise from the mowers and weed eater. He uses the headlights on his mower, but I don't know how he sees to weed eat in the dark. He had my chicks all upset on their first night on their own outside in the coop.
I never complained once. I just looked at my birds and said," don't worry guys, you'll get him back". The boys are just starting to crow. I cant wait for the 4am COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO'S.
