Roosters crowing like crazy!

5 of my roos are out in the run, crowing as loud as they can. Not one hen is out in the run, they are all in the coop. Is it possible they are trying to scare off a predator or do you think they are just "boys being boys"? lol

They are competing with each other.

That makes sense. These boys are all the same age and from the same hatch.
They get along fine, after a few days of fighting when they hit puberty.
