Roosters feet, bumble foot or normal?

I went into my coop this afternoon to say goodnight to my flock when I looked up at my rooster's feet I saw these strange bumps above his toes. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Those look to be the spur buds, how old is he?

Hey, there! Looks like some normal spur buds to me - sometimes roosters can take a while to fully grow their spurs - other times, the spurs won’t grow all the way in at all.
