So i posted a couple a days ago.. My roosters foot is still swollen, but he can put all his weight on it he can run and keep up but you can tell when he wants to go back in the run. Hes eating and drinking just fine. My questions is well vitamin d help or no? I have heard about vitamin b. I think that i am more stressed out than he is..

If you could post a photo of the bottom of his foot, that'd be great. Then we'd be able to see what you're dealing with and we'd be able to offer more accurate help.

B vitamins won't hurt him, but likely they will not cure him.
In your other thread looking at the photos, he looked to have crooked toes. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/rooster-limping.1350177/
He may also have a broken toe, hard to tell. What does the bottom of the foot look like?

If I were going to give a rooster like yours B-Complex, I would give him 1/2 tablet a day for 3-5 days.
