roosters hurting several hens all under 1 yr, not mating injuries, bad harming, feathers out, blood we are separating them but they keep harming when let out again.

Could you give some information about how many pullets and how many cockerels or roosters? How much room do they have? I would immediately separate the roosters from the hens. Is it all of the roosters or just 1 or 2? Young cockerels can be little devils around pullets, and drive them crazy. The stress on the pullets can cause egg laying problems, and just isn’t good for them. I don’t ever tolerate a rooster who harms my hens. There are too many good ones out there. It could be that if they are juveniles, they need to be separated until they get a little older and less rowdy. What breeds are your chickens?
