There seem to be too many cases of TSC employees incorrectly IDing the breed or sex of chicks they get in. They screwed up with both in your case.

Yep...BSL cockerels being mistaken for Barred Rocks seems to be one of the more common ones, for obvious reasons.

When one buys chicks at a farm store, often times, people walking by, stop and pick up chicks as they are so cute, and not real careful where they put them back. They all look like roosters to me.
