Does anyone know what's going on with his leg?

If you do, do you know how I can treat it at home?

I suspect either Articular Gout or Mycoplasma Synoviae (MS). He might have scaly leg mites as well. A frontal pic will help.
How old is he?
Any sign of respiratory issues?
How does his other foot/leg look?

The other leg looks fine. He is 3 years old and as far as respiratory there are no symptoms yet. He still eats and drinks etc. What alerted me is him doing a weird leg twitch thing and skipping. Which sounds cute but it might be hurting him.

This was the best pic I got so I circled the area.

Buy a tube of Nu-Stock at a feed store, it'll be in the equine section. Apply it to both feet and legs. Wear disposable gloves when applying it.
Put a thin coating on his roost.

I also trimmed part of his feathers in that area and his skin in inflamed.
