Roosters??Maybe?help!

We bought five chicks. I'm pretty sure at least three of them are roosters. No roosters allowed in city limits:/ . We'll eat the roosters

. I then had to go buy five more chicks

. Hopefully we'll have four layers by the time all is said and done.

Ok, the new ones are only a week so too little to tell. But what about these ones? They're 6 weeks.


Definitely Rooster. He's so nice and pretty!

Pretty sure this one is female. She's nice too. The kids named her lemonade

Then I have two that look like this. I'm leaning towards rooster. They're more aggressive and have a little bit of a waddles. Where as the other two have no waddles and are so nice! Sorry about the picture quality. These two are my flightiest and are hard to get to stay still!

This site has been VERY informative. And I just love having chickens and am pretty sure we'll be doing this from here on out. I just wish I would have started years ago.
