Roosters or a hens?

So these two chicks are the same age and I still can't tell if they're male or female, they do not crow, and they do not cluck.

Can anybody tell me if they're male or female? One of them has a larger redder comb than the other.

By now, I'm sure you know what sex they are. However, judging by your photos, I was thinking they were pullets.
