Roosters or Hens?

Purchased these chicks in the beginning of March. I have no idea if they are roos or hens. We got our first egg today. I have not heard any crowing yet and they are about 16 weeks old. They were supposed to be all pullets but I am suspicious. I have scoured the internet and it seems that some of the amberlink hens have larger cones and some smaller. Also one is white with a black feather. I don't know what kind he or she it. I would love some input here. We are newbies to chickens and loving it.

And congrats on your first egg! The bird with the larger, redder comb is your layer. Everyone is female, and soon they'll all look just like her in the headgear department.

How can you tell boys from girls?

By looking at the saddle and hackle feathers. If they are very pointed thin and shiny, well, cockerel.
