8 weeks plus id say with others the silkies are normally slow to mature a comb like that on silkie at that age is most definately a boy if u look my 4 silkie mixes are 6 months old all gals but thaeir combs slowly starting to develop more now they laying

Sorry, I will have to agree with the others. Most silkies you can not tell gender until 12-16 weeks minimum. Comb is very large for such a young chick. Your other two are female.
