Roosters picking on one hen

I'm sure someone has asked this before... my roosters seem to want to pick on this one hen in particular--so she is losing feathers and her back looks really bad. The other hens are all fine. Does anybody have any recommendations? I'd hate to isolate her because that would mean she'd be cooped up by herself somewhere. But should I do that anyway? She doesn't seem to be too bothered by the feather loss, etc.--it just looks bad to me.

i have 4 roosters and 3 hens one hen is loosing her feathers on back of head .. feel sorry for her..why only this one..i dont know if she is in pain..first time with chicks..what to do ...
 
i just read blue kote is this the same as for horses hoofs.. you spray and it is blue..help..thanks for feather lose and stoping roosters pecking
