Roosters picking on one hen

I'm sure someone has asked this before... my roosters seem to want to pick on this one hen in particular--so she is losing feathers and her back looks really bad. The other hens are all fine. Does anybody have any recommendations? I'd hate to isolate her because that would mean she'd be cooped up by herself somewhere. But should I do that anyway? She doesn't seem to be too bothered by the feather loss, etc.--it just looks bad to me.

Thanks for any advice you can give!
